G1 was soooooo intense. Geez oh Pete.
That's because Tarson kept calling down MULEs at the natural. I'm not sure how mined out his main was, but those MULEs were always getting targeted by those stalkers. So I'm sure he'd have gotten more out of them in the main, since all of his SCVs were with the army (if you can two marines an army, lol).
Tarson HOLDS! I'm pretty sure i've heard that in another game before. He was playing against a zerg on taldarim. His crisis management and his stamina is insane.
Game 1: One scan at 10min would have won the game for Tarson. He knew the observer was there.
Game 2: Storms, man. Even pros have so much trouble dealing with them. That kind of crap ruins the game. Blizzard needs to fix it, maybe reduce the ground damage or something.
Pumbaa:
G1 observation - yea.
G2 observation - Na. That's crazy talk. It's like you'd say brood lords are hard to deal with, so let's reduce their awesomeness by 3. Storms don't win games, they are not impossible to cope with nor OP.
^ when you compare storm to the equivalent aoe spells of other races (fungal, emp), it becomes quite obvious that the spell outclasses them by a large margin. It is an insane amount of instantaneous damage to have to deal with. Is it fair that a maxed Terran bio army (the only option against toss) can be nullified to the point of redundancy at a distance and within seconds? Because it stacks so effectively, the damage needs a minor nerf imho.
